Thanks a lot, although most credit should go to Mother Nature - it was a day with amazing light after a slight drizzle. And bright red Maples are one of my favourites, anyway.

I love the depth of field here, the texture of the background is great (: The tones and colours are also very nice . Calm and dreamy.
Only thing I think would improve this shot is if the tip of the leaf was in the frame, on the left . Right now it's kind of cut outtt. Just a minor thing though, I like this photo (:

Thanks a lot About the leaf: I cut it that way because it kinda threw the photo off balance. It would have been a different image and I liked this version better
