Wow... you must have gone fairly recently. When I was last there (about 2 years ago) it was under restoration and had a large tent enclosing the entire structure! Great picture though

I was there four weeks ago. They are still working on parts of the building but the views of most parts were pretty nice

Well it's good that they're almost done... having that shroud there left the building looking very incomplete (although not as funny as I have heard that the Peace Tower looked in its sheath).
