The touch of color from the flower makes this one really stand out for me. Beautiful portrait, something I would love to draw!

This is very beautiful. I like how the flower stands out - her pale skin is perfect, by the way.

yeah, isn't this song some kind of national anthem of ireland? (sorry, correct me if i am wrong)

cool pic, eventually a photography that's worth being shown to the world (i'm sorry but i have very high requirement on photography, since everyone is able to trigger the knob...)

in the end,
what can you interpret from that?

It's actually Scottish. Most people now use it to celebrate the New Year.

But I'm glad you like it, I think : )
"Auld lang syne" loosely translates to "long long ago", and the entire song is about remembering times between friends. And I just thought that the picture looked like the girl was reminiscing about times past, or maybe a love past (considering that she is holding a flower). I guess I really just wanted it to be a symbol of remembering past loves, even if they hurt you, and to hold the memories dear because they helped you grow to who you are now despite what happened between the two of you.

Beautiful portrait. Very classic and simple. I really like the small burst of color that the flower brings.
This would look awesome as a painting.

I really like the lighting here, it underlines the models skin and her face especially. I think the expression of her suit the mood very well. To havethat blossom there add a fresh touch to the shot.
