hehe we can always look at it this way.. what we see now is the unrepressed and emotional young Regina. She resurfaced when her solid compartment was broken. she was like a solid glass box with metal framing. inside the metal framing is a something vulnerable. She used her outer persona which was the evil queen.. she repressed all of her emotions and let the anger and hatred swallow her and let it run on its course. She hid her affection for snow (sisterly affection.. since technically their age aren't that far for her to be snow's mother) and used what she felt the moment her mom killed Daniel and when she learned about Snow's betrayal. Thus the evil queen was born.
She became more human now. However, you are right, I miss those times that she was just "Evil Queen"Β
and I am genuinely amazed on how Lana could portray her. It was like two different person.. you know, Regina and the Evil Queen, it was like dr. jekyll and hyde.
although, I am excited with what will happen next.. haha EQ might resurface.

o totally rant away everyone else i know is bored of me talking about it
i do agree it is nice to see the beginning of who she is and why she is evil but with like frozen where theres no villain and maleficent where she changes because of who she is and isnt really a villain anymore i feel like the awesome evil characters are being taken away lol
and yea lana is amazing i love how she does the two characters it is definitely one of the most complex and i think its done really well

oh you haven't watched s3? so far it was a good season. well, there was a turning point there that leave us thinking if Regina will go back to her old ways or she'll try to compartmentalize again and not do something that would lead to her destruction.Β
Although i am a bit skeptical to this whole frozen thing. hahaha I am a fan of the film itself but incorporating them to Once.. i just hope they wouldn't make those characters outshine those of the regulars because we don't need a "Once Upon a Frozen" haha

yea im sceptical as well i enjoyed the film but i dont know how theyll incorporate it i think it will either ruin the series or enhance it :/ hahahha once upon a frozen will be the spin off 
yea i think shes awesome but my face character has to be rumpelstilskin i think they focused on him too much and made his character have a bit more depth then the othersΒ

aww.. I see. hehe I usually download it because I don't have a television with me. I've been TV deprived for 7months already. and even if I do.. we need cable tv in the philippines to watch it.
haha spin off like Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.. but still, i feel like the EP decided to do that because they wanted to ride the popularity of the movie. although, we all don't know that for sure. haha
oh. Robert Caryle is one amazing actor! they way portrayed Rumple mesmerized me. It's so different from the Mr. Gold we used to see. if there are two actors amazes me on the show.. it's definitely Lana and Robert.

yea totally ^_^ lol they probably did as the movie doesnt even slightly resemble the film so its not even gonna be the snow queen it is frozen which is a little weird as theyve given their own spin on all the other films maybe elsa will be evil :/
yea totally theyre my two fave actors on the show they are super awesome but then there two characters are continuously very different from each other

haha i'm actually okay without tv. it's actually funny that I am a Mass Comm graduate and i should actually understand why there are commercials but I actually hate them and it's one of the reasons why i don't like tv. haha so I just download the thing that I want to watch and it's much better.
ugh.. that is sad actually.. i am not sure what they wanted to do with it but I think they will make Elsa a misunderstood villain just like the rest. I think, it would have been nice if they would bring back maleficent or let Zelena stay and focus on "family" side and not the magic side altogether. they wanted to make a bunch of spin off fairy tales but i don't think it is quite working for them. I love how they sewn the stories though..
haha yes me too. i love them as well. The way they approach the acting is different but they work well when they have a scene together. They are really different character, both full of depths and history together. I actually want the EPs to dig more about their story.Β

yea probably that is their thing and they are working it well guess we just have to wait and see how good it is :/ yea i think they need to bring stop focusing on the individual stories and start working on the plot as a whole at 3 series there should be a definite plot with no new characters unless there needed :/
yea definitely there scenes are the best they work really well but im not sure if its because there storylines are the best established all the other characters seem to be like a vehicle for them ^_^Β
