Looks cool, my one suggestion would be to make the scorpion a little more believable lighting-wise, as realistic as the hand and apple. Right now there's just too much light bouncing all over it; it looks cool up close but when looking at the whole picture it's clearly the one thing not referenced, or whose reference wasn't in the same lighting. Very nice hand rendering.
