A quick pic I did a while ago of a new card from YuGiOh, Ancient Fairy Dragon, except I didn't draw her armor. Both because I wanted to try and imagen what she'd look like without it, and I was just plain lazy.

So yeah, I've been watching more and more of YuGiOh 5D, despite the fact that I didn't like it in the beginning (WAY to much SERIOUS BUSINESS and drama and dramatic dialouge/monolouge etc for a cartoon about a childrens cardgame, in my oppinion). Despite this, I started watching it some more from where I left of way back, and after I thought "hey, let's compare this to the english version"...

... yeah...

... let's just say that way back in the days, before the dub, I actually said "Not even 4kids could make this any more stupid than it already is!".
So, yeah, japanese subtitled version seems enjoyable now (on ep. 30 at the moment).

Also, do you know what would make YuGiOh 5D better in my oppinion? Talking monsters-spirits, like in GX. Like, as if Yuusei's monsters started talking to him and appearing and stuff, as well as for the other characters. It'd make the show a little more lighthearted, instead of trying to tell us of a "real" world where cardgames on motorcykles is the meaning of life.
