Short version: Long ago, before deviantart, I was a member of a forum where people posted DID art. Everyone had these OC's that always got into trouble, I wanted to be a bit contrarian and make something different. Decided to introduce a character I'd already created before (so she's kinda my first ever OC).
I also decided that the answer to "How will she avoid ending up in DID-situations?" was "Make her go Super-Saiyan of course!" (young Limpurtikles was like really into Dragon Ball at the time)

And ever since then it's kinda been the thing with Meecat; she's supposed to be an "anti-damsel", who doesn't get captured or rescued and stuff.
So yeah, I don't want other people drawing her tied up because of that.

Like, a few times, but I mainly do it this way because it's what I'm used to (also I'm slightly colorblind so there's that :/ ).

I leave the colorings to more talented people.

Violett isn't as violent as her mom; I think she'd teach her some basic self-defense, but she generally avoids fighting unless absolutely necessary.
