NOTES:
1. Ironically, I couldn't find a realistic 4-4-0T for him, so I kept his design (with a few alterations to it) and made it more "Japanese" looking.
2. Normally his whistle was placed on the front of his smokebox door, and also had glasses (which could spin around). However, I omitted the glasses and placed the whistle on the front of the cab because, either way, I'm afraid he might look too corny in Titipo style.
