So I pitched my idea to the rest of the team, they did not look entertained. Sniper and spy watched, heavy and medic were just whispering about things, it looked like pyro was listening but I'm not sure, solider was just picking his nose, and demo was just watching a fly go around the room, and scout was just asking stupid questions like if we could paint it like Thomas the tank engine, or add a face to it like Thomas the tank engine, or put a 1 on it (guess why). However although no one seemed entertained, the majority said yes we should have a train.
