Description
The higher the currents took him, the more the land disappeared. Purple clouds were engulfing his view of the Sanctuary and his friends and family. However, he would be back.High above was where he could think, where he could stretch his wings. He could let the rivers and trees and life just float beneath him and let the endless night and stars accompany him as he flew. His heart would swell with the feeling of emotion at the pure beauty that would overcome him.
Here, he could be himself.

This is my second entry to the avian contest by =kilara and I think this one is better than the first!
It was a ton of fun to draw- those wings were a hassle, but I like how they came out.
Anyhow, I hope you enjoy!
