I learned something with this one... Kenpachi is ungodly hard to draw straight on without just making his head look like a star.I don't claim to know much about Bleach, in fact I have seen a total of 5 episodes. Seeing this character is what made me interested in the series. But, hey.... gotta start somewhere... critique-y.

Kenpachi is probably my favorite character in any Manga anywhere. But do you know it's nearly impossible to find a really good picture of him? Yours is one of very few I ever found. GOOD WORK!!!
He only has 11 hair spikes in total actually, but his hair is nearly impossible to draw from the front.

Im having trouble believeing the position of his arms. Judging by the way his torso is proportioned and where his waist is positioned, his biceps should be shorter thereby having his arms crossed higher up...but not TOO much higher since I assume your going for an "arms rested" position as opposed to a crossed position.
Beyond that pretty nice. I havent touched bleach in ages but I do remember thinking that apparantly hairdressers in heaven suck.

And....it ate my comment. I like the way you do faces now. They're more expressive and a lot more detailed. You've gotten a lot better at muscle tone, too. I just thought I'd throw that out.
