Hey everyone! I was testing out livestream yesterday with some Drakengard fan art. Angelus is still one of my favorite dragons, so I thought I'd do a little sketch to share my love for her. It's just a sketch, so if it is as terrible as I think it is then it is okay. For now though it's helping me create new ideas for some more fan art.Here is the livestream link for anyone who wants to watch me screw around for an hour and a half.

never played drakengard but this makes me want to find it and play it. have you played demon souls or dark souls 1 or 2. the soul games have some pretty cool looking beasties and armor and whatnot.

I have never played those games actually, even though I have heard great things about them. Drakengard is more for the story, because the gameplay is very repetitive hack and slash, but damn did I love it. Such a great, wicked, twisted story. Drakengard 2 and 3 were a bit of a let down in my opinion storywise, but were still pretty fun to play.

I think it is cool the way is goes from high detail to simple shapes. I would call it 'progressionism'.

this is the first ive seen a Drakengard fan art. I love that game, it made me fall in love with hack n slash rpgs.Β
The drakengard dragons have great and unique dragon designs. i especially love the tail and how the legs seems crossed when they fly.

Yep, you took the words right out of my mouth. The legs tucking underneath the body was one of my favorite details from Drakengard.
