Okie dokie. I use "Perler Beads". They're beads that you place on a large peg board to make a picture. After you get the desired picture you place a wax paper thingy on top and iron the beads with an iron. And Voila! You know have pretty much anything in the entire world you want, from Homestuck, to Pokemon, to Bleach, to ponies.
Oh, and the things themselves are called Bead sprites. It's a nifty hobby.
