Description A wonderful and useful flower also known as Blomkarse , Garden nasturtium , Indian cress and Monks cress . The whole plant is edible and used in salads . The high content of lutein is said to be good for your eyes . It is also a good companion plant in the garden because it repels many of the bugs you don't want and attract beneficial predatory insects .

Thank you Rudy ! Blomkarse is one of  the plants I want to have in next years herb and vegetable garden . Any recipes ?

No, sorry. I haven't tried the flowers yet, because the plants have a lot of leaves. I just put the leaves in with everything else in a salad or use them like lettuce in a sandwich. Since the flowers are pretty, I leave them alone. We know it as 'nasturtium'.
Here where I live, somebody else plants on the grounds, and they keep these plants in planters. Very pretty and good to eat.
