If she is a model, then wouldn't that imply that this image was planned? By your definition, wouldn't almost all nature and street photography not be art, as it isn't planned but captured as it's seen? Art's allot more free than that. Art doesn't need to be original either. Art can be original. And, there is nothing wrong with a person being sexual. I'm pretty sure this is art that you do not like.

It is not easy to make a really good photo - how can you presume only that a poor shot? If you have no idea, maybe you should hold back a little. It is otherwise very disrespectful to the model and the photographer.

This image infringes copy rights now? Who are the copy right holders? Is the color yellow original? Is the movement of walking? Is the idea of an object falling, or the sky having clouds in it? What about genres? Can there only be one horror movie, one detective novel? Genres work because people like the feel of an idea, an image, so they repeat it with differentiations, changing it a bit, but still incorporating that same feel. An image of a human body is not original, thus, if we were to say art must be original, no image of a human body, a rat, a tree, anything made in a color or in grey tones, or made of a pencil line or brush stroke or captured with a camera, could be art. This is very silly. I don't think you really believe what you're typing.

It's a replication of a copyrighted photo using a very simular model inthe same patterned bikini with the same colour hair same kind of earings same pose same background. That's copyright infrigment . It's as bad as copying out micky mouse making him an inch taller and calling him your original character.

This IS art. And very good art too. I suggest that you report her; she's been deliberately going around on dA and threatening to get people banned for art which she a) does not like, b) is in the 'wrong category' and c) involves Sonic the Hedgehod (she really hates him for some reason...). Lots of other people are reporting her for threatening to report genuine artworks like this brilliant model-posed photo. Join the crusade.

I think you need to figure out the difference between a "slutty picture" and "artistic photography". I personally see nothing slutty about this picture. Its seductive, it's creative, the pose is unique, the body art is lovely, and she's a beautiful girl. Because she's in her underwear you think it's trashy? I see nothing obscene in this picture. In fact, the garments she is wearing are doing a good job of hiding anything that would make this picture inappropriate. lol.
I definitely think this was deserving of the DD.

This is an amazing photo! Not because of the choice of outfit -- though, that is a plus! -- there's just something about this image that's extremely intriguing. She is truly gorgeous, and I'm loving the tattoos and the red gingham, it makes for a great contrast with her beautiful black hair. Also, the pose is so seductive and looks perfect!
