Knowing Marge she is hearing that Moe won't serve Homey as much beer as he normally drinks and knowing Moe it's a trick to get closer to Marge in his ploy to eventually replace her husband so he receives all of the benefits his friend gets. Knowing Homer he is smiling because all he hears is beer and maybe Moe threw in the word donuts to further smooze him.
With Moe it's: "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance you baffle them with bullsh*t" (that's safe right?). It's no secret Moe has the hots for Mrs Marge Simpson and Ned Flanders doesn't have a chance next to the bar jetties keeper's devious schemes lol
