This is another Zelda OC.
Ocera is a hylian that was adopted by the Zora queen.
Ocera is very kind and bright. She loves to swim since its in her culture.
She knows shes different from the other Zora children though but she is treated as one of them.
The prince (Her older brother) who is a Zora is very protective over her!
She is a very close friend to Link and Tetra's family.
