You may know this one from my story but for those who don't. This is Frost. Storm's twin brother. Base was made by PrinceTurtle. Origin story. Frost is the prince that his parents wanted. He looks very similar to Storm but their colors are a little different. Frost is a horrible fighter. He heavily relies on others to fight for him. He is 18 like Storm. He's not very smart. He likes his parents but just likes Snowfall a little more than them. He is very naive. He is very cocky which means "conceited or arrogant". He only found out that he had a twin brother when Storm came in front of his parents with Mesa Storm's Sandwing sister and Ragnarök the animus Nightwing. And that's pretty much it about Frost.
