Holy crap, this took longer than I thought! It was fun, though, I love working with color like this! (I might eventually replace this file with a higher quality scan if I can)EDIT: Got a high quality scan done!

Indeed, in my OC's backstory he was a foundling brought up in Luna's military academy in Trottingham, and so unquestionably loyal to Luna he ends up with her insignia as a cutie mark (I take a little artistic licence in saying the current NLR symbol was repurposed from an older version!) and in fact he's so loyal he sticks with her even as NMM... (One of these days I'll have to get around to actually creating the story as a comic or something!)...
As for being a changeling, as long as you're with Kevin it's all good!
