I've been experimenting with creating glowing effects in my art on photoshop, and this is one of the results. Her starbolt is glowing (obviously) but not her eyes. Two reasons for that; One: Her eyes do not have to glow when she uses her starbolts (I've seen it). And Two: Her eyes are really pretty when they are not glowing. It's one of the many things I love about her.

I wasn't sure what to put for background, so I just used a gradient. Green and yellow because I often use those two colors to represent her in my fanfic (more specifically, her spirit).
