Description
"Departure" is the second book in the Redemption Trilogy by Alanna Abbott. The first book being "Into the Reach". It was painted in oils on a very large gesso board.I apologize if the color is a little off, my photoshop is still wonky since I updated everything and it's not wanting to colormatch correctly, so still working on that.

great work! i love the textures and details - everything seems to work fantastically well together. for me the best part was the lighting that's coming through the windows. absolutely one of your best newer pieces.

Okay, so something wierd is going on with the mirror and the elf has something to do with it. I like how the elf's bright clothing contrasts with her dark skin.
