Hi, i'm here from projectcomment
First of all my first impression of this picture was a feeling of creepiness but at the same time I thought it was very nice to see

Some things that i'd like to highlight are the details of the background, i really like the colours of the flowers and the bottom, this are soft and the atmosphere that give is very nice to see (the background really captivated me as you can see x3), i don't know waht is the  context and why the eyes of the monster... demon... thing, and the girl are shining but i think the efect it's pretty good

I can see you really tried to draw the shoulders but i think it can get better, so i found a tutorial that explains very nicely and simply how to draw a anatomically correct neck and shoulders www.deviantart.com/art/A-Simpl… in this image you can see a lot of thngs that can be very usefull about the point i'm developing to get efects more impressive ( ussualy an anatomically correct drawing makes a big impact on the viewer )

I would say something about the arms or the hands but I see that they have already told you before

To finish I want to say that everything is a matter of practice to improve, so keep it up!

I like the skull of the guy (is a demon?). It's very detailed and well done. His horns are intersting too but they get confused with the backgound. His pendant is also very pretty. 
The girl is not so well, the anstomy needs a lot of work, specially her arms and hands. The hands are the second things one notices when looking at the drawing, because they're around the center of the composition, so you would need to make some correction there (if you still have the layered file), here is a reference: img00.deviantart.net/fa24/i/20… . Hands are difficult so when you have some doubt, the best is to look yours in a mirror.
The eyes of the girl look very impresive with that glow, the hair not so much, I think it's because of the tick black lines. It contrast whit the parts of the drawing with color lines or no-lines. It would be best to armonize the lineart. 
The pendant of the girl is not so beautiful as the one of the guy, looks a bit rought.
The dress is cute but it lacks detail compared to the rest. I would add the shadow of the guy over it and some wrinkles to give it volume. 
The background is very beautiful and delicate, I like it a lot

And it's alright if you're not good at sketching people, everyone has to start somewhere to get better. And i think you did well with this picture.
