Gabriel Oku aka Dr. Gabara (he calls himself mostly, no one else does) was a crazy scientist that was abducted by the terrorists Red Bamboo, forcing him to build weapons against General Gizōn and PRIME, but he was secretly sent there to be captured on purpose to sabotage their base and weapons, but didn't get to do it when Godzilla Boy killed Lord Ebirah and shut down Red Bamboo. Dr. Gabara then got his hands on Godzilla Boy's blood during his fight against the Insectoid lobster and gave it to General Gizōn as he proposed to create a clone of Godzilla Boy. The psychotic general obliged and allowed the crazy scientist towards to the same island were Kami and Kumon was settled as he and a few other scientists to begin working on the clone. However, after having almost a near death experience that made him begin to believe that he has become a Gijinka and went to follow and abandoned his project to get revenge on Godzilla Boy.
After a year later, he created some inventions as he proclaims to the other Gijinkas, Insectroids, and Dinorians saying that he has "ascended" and "has become God" which basically pisses everyone out to no end, as he did nothing but bully them with meaningless words. That until he created a weapon that causes everyone to have the worst nightmares they have ever witness and caused them to scream in agony. He thought he succeeded when he got his secret weapon when he launches it towards Kyatso, causing him to go insane as he took it as an opportunity to kill him... He did get him: BIG mistake. After Kyatso witnesses his nightmares, which he never told anyone, he went on a rampage and begin beating the madman to a bloody pulp before sending him to a volcano, never to be seen again as he burns to death by the intense heat of the lava.

Fun Fact:
-Reasons he calls himself Dr. Gabara was because he was intrigued by the donkey-sound, warty feline ogre Gabara from Godzilla's Revenge (reasons why is beyond anyone's understanding) thinking that he was a dream demon and can cause nightmares, thus trying to study dreams but was kicked out by the scientist community due to his mental and physical health was out of whack.
-Dr. Gabara was so insane that everyone in PRIME, including General Gizōn, was trying their best to avoid him as possible and deny any crazy ideas he threw at, even Gizōn says that's it's too insane.
