Bio:
Carl Nelson was a general of the USA Navy who was diagnosed with lung cancer during his time in the navy. Carl felt hopeless until General Gizōn gave him an offer to get rid of his cancer if he will join P.R.I.M.E and become a super soldier. Desperate, he agrees and he was then becoming a guinea pig to Gizōn's experiments. He was injected with Jinkanium as he was mutated with a Silver-back Gorilla as he became as what many acclaimed him to be a "Super Soldier", which the Soviet Union claim they had done it to defeat Godzilla Boy after the humiliating defeat back in Indonesia. Gizōn then change Carl's name to Kong I after the 1933 monster movie: King Kong. Kong I was then sent to Isla Kyatso and begin wrecking havoc on the village that resides there. Godzilla Boy responded and begin battling against the human-ape hybrid. It was then Kong I begin to conduct electricity from his body and send it to Kyatso's, giving him an advantage of the battle. It was then he buried the Prince in a valley, making this the first ever defeat Godzilla Boy has ever fought.
Kong I cheered as he then begin to make his way back to P.R.I.M.E.'s base, but then his helicopter with a few other soldiers were caught in the middle of the storm and was thrown off course. He woke up in another island, known as Skull Island, where he begins to create havoc as he begins to take the title as "Ruler of the Monsters" until he was face-to-face with another Gijinka that told him to leave the island or face the consequences. He denied and said that he's has defeated the Prince of ALL Monsters and must be treated like a king. But he never heard about Godzilla Boy and said that there is no such thing as the "Prince of ALL Monsters". Insulted, he challenges the leader for ruler of the island and won thanks to his new-found abilities. Not only after he killed him and took the leader's wife and begin treating the natives poorly. It was then he was killed by the natives' enemies the Skull Crawlers' leader, Ramarak, alongside his wife only he retreated when the dead leader's son took up the crown and defeated the Skull Crawlers and threw Kong I's body into a chasm where was he never seen again.
