Mermda was originally a prehistoric horned plesiosaur that was found in Hawaii, Easter Island, Fiji, and other islands that was theorize to be the lost continent Mu. However, in 1963, one appeared near Hawaii and was then found in Honduras. Ambassador, now General, Gizōn created a mini-sub called Gotengo to hunt down the serpent. It was then according to the small villagers of Honduras, that the creature appeared to be a lamia-like female with aquatic hair with teeth-colored horns, three-clawed webbed hands and feet, aqua and blue skin, yellow eyes, and teal scales. Gizōn orders his men to hunt down and kill the mutated lamia when found. The Gotengo made its way to Golfo de Fonseca and was attack by the female siren. She gave off fatal electricity to the mini-sub, killing the men inside.
  Gizōn then orders the Japanese government to build a new Gotengo for him to control, but they declined due to the debt they were in to build one mini-submarine that designed to go below 20,000 fathoms. He then secretly hired some scientists and engineers to rebuild the Gotengo, but this time, it was to become his transformer vehicle design for only him to control. Gizōn arrives at the gulf and battled the siren, using the newly built drill/cyro-arm cannon badly damaging the Dinorian. She has fled away, not before badly damaging the arm cannon and swam far off to the Oceania regions. It was then the media shorten the Dinorian's name to Mermda (a combination of Mermaid and Manda) as she now resides at a reef that's found near Godzilla Boy's island now called Siren's Reef.

Fun Fact:
-Mermda is a quiet one out of the group and seems to show no aggression to any of the villagers of fishermen, unless they disturb her hunting or get caught in one of their nets.
-She's quite intelligent as she's able to understand half of the known human language and shown to be very kind to the humans... Or in accurate terms: tolerate humans.
-Mermda met Baraguardian and Gezora-Girl and became their godmother. She will act as a mother bear whenever the two is in trouble.
