I wanted to make one... so I did.
My brother said it looks stupid with the loose fabric, but that's how I wanted it.
I like it. 
Anyway, my first try at a little top hat. Trying for that Lolita-type-thing
Put it on my favorite wig~Any comments? Or helpful tips?

Well, I think so. If you have friends who like them, they would make great gifts, or maybe you could try to sell them over the internet. Or just make yourself a collection.
