That just hit the spot with creeping me out, beyond just the lovely Baba herself and her appearance. Kind of on the mark, like how Pennywise dwelt in the drains and sewer grates for the perfect combination of creepy! As a kid, little shrines, or small garden sheds and certain enclosed bus stop booths freaked me out imagining a magical character living in them, and usually I visualized a horrific decaying hag!
