Looks like SCP-999 escaped its cell and is wandering the corridors of the SCP Facility.

Don't worry, it is perfectly safe! Unlike other objects held by the SCP Foundation, SCP-999 is very cute and squishy, and will not attack you. It is friendly towards humans, and will likely give you a soft, squishy hug if it comes you way! It is said that even just touching SCP-999 will grant you long-lasting happiness; orange jelly is very good for you apparently!

Much like with SCP-1471-A, I based the design of SCP-999 on the version commonly depicted in fanarts. However, the "canon" version of the SCP is not described to have a face.
