I apologize in advance if you've gotten this question but..if you dont mind me asking how did you make your chell boots? I've been having some problems finding the right materials for the boots themselves as well as figuring out what to do about the leg brace! ;-;

ggh, I was meant to say that the braces are made from two layers of hard cardboard and between those layers is one layer of soft foam. This is what you get when you type when you're tired as hell

But really, thank you so much! I would have never thought of using cardboard and foam. This is definitely going to make it a lot easier than what I was originally attempting to do :,D

I bought heelless high heels (you can google those up) and build the boots on those from softfoam. My boots are almost completely from soft foam, the rest is a huge amount of hot glue and basic paper glue, and paint of course. The braces are made from extra hard cardboard. There is two layers of them and between them, surprisingly, soft foam.
