I absolutely love this cosplay! I rarely see anyone cosplay this outfit! The wig is also very nice! I was wondering, how do you get the hair curl so perfect?

Umm, I just bought one longer wig, put iron wire(not sure if that is the correct word, I just transferred it literally from Finnish :'D) to the wig and started to roll those fibers around that wire. I used quite much hair spray to get those fibers to stay where they should be. After that I just bend it to the curl-shape. In this point the wig was looking like this [link]
It's quite hard to explain without pictures (plus I have crappy English and I can't always find the right words for things >D) but hopefully you will get something out of this >D
