yes. the blue channel holds the information on all the human skin, u can see the lines in the palm of his hand are very sharp.

wow, the effect is incredible!
can you please tell me what tool/program do you use to sharpen selective colors? eg blue...

hi and thanks for your comment !

uising photoshop :

open image
duplicate layer
channel mixer
press the V in the channel mixer to go to monochrome
change blue to 100% and red to 0%
sharpen the layer quite strong (now it's black\white image)
change the top layer from normal to overlay
change opacity as needed (usually 70% opacity).
