Description An old piece I found on the comp which was kept as a reference. A VERY badly scanned picture (I think). Was also unable to edit due to the lack of time (don't we all?!) and a limited aptitude for Photoshop.

Am quite please with the detail work though perhaps it should be a tad
sharper/lighter (?) Completed in 4 hours.

Inspired from a book I read a few years back.

This picture is absolutely breath taking!

But because I'm a geek I have to say, it isn't a Geisha, it is an Oiran/Tayu (you can tell by the elaborate hair style)

This is just breathtaking!
When I saw on the preview, I thought it was made with ink.. and now I see it's actually pencil! How absolutely beautiful!

this is very cool! she is pretty. a slight faint background (mountain scene) would give her some depth and she would jupm right off the page and into the lap! keep 'em coming, i like this style!
