Description
This was sitting in my painting folder since December in varying states of completeness. It's still not done but I just figured I'd go ahead and scribble in the rest of the coloring just so I could stop getting annoyed by it >
Alternate-universe Blackrock soldiers using Gazrael/Anda'rikkel and Kanji as the template. I figure the Dark Horde sitting in Blackrock stewing in their own juices would develop a certain look to them outside of the normal Azerothian...thing. I have no idea.
PS: I'm also a champ for submitting this to a category that's getting spammed by screenshot uploads of IMVU and Sim2 characters.

Most spectacular female orc illustration. Something about green just speaks to me, other than that I love the fact you addded the mask. It adds mystery. The more concealed, the more appealing and attractive somethings becomes. Not meant to sound ill worded. It's just a good touch -- alluring.

This is absolutely amazing! I've seen many pictures of male Trolls, but this is by far the best. I think it's because of the pose and face you gave him. When I draw Trolls I try to make them look like individuals rather than looking exactly like the ingame characters. Not every Troll can possibly have the same posture and face, right? He looks so badass and awesome! Not only that, but the colouring is amazing too! The orc also looks unique, with her feminine, yet gruff appearance and slim physique. Overall, this is a fantastic drawing! You did an amazing job on this

The difference in Kanji's appearance from the candy jetplane schnozz of the WoW troll stereotype is quite appealing!

Something about the troll looks funny to me... I think his face is too... square. Trolls faces have alot of angles and this troll's face seems to box like.

Thanks for pointing that out. I did have a few people leave messages during the WIP that Kanji's face seemed ''off'', mostly because of the fact he doesn't really have that pointy-spindly carrot nose most trolls got. Unfortunately it's -really- hard to make a troll look individualistic outside of facepaint and piercings- it may have been an attempt to make him look different from every other troll

It's actually quite common amongst roleplayers of any style. A lot of people that RP in games/tabletop settigns like to concoct ''alternate universe'' settings for their characters.

i'm writing a fic about the blackrock orcs and trolls. was toying with putting it up here, but it has a little bit of gayness in it, which isn't well-received here. it's up elsewhere though.
