Honestly I don't understand the partial reproduction of her face on the left side of the picture, I think it is in fact unnecessary, distracting and takes your attention from appreciating the model's natural beauty.
Usually in a portrait, the eyes should be the most focused section, but the focus on this piece doesn't ruin it.
I would just resize it, it's too big in full view...
