Twist of a plant in my father's garden. This plant is called "christophine", or "chayote". It has many different names but I don't know the english one.

It isn't really tasty but we can cook it for many differents ways, and with a good sauce it is delicious!

Tortillon d'une plante dans le jardin de mon père. Cette plante s'appelle "christophine", ou "chouchou". (elle a plein de noms différents suivant la région)

Ca n'a pas vraiment de goût mais il y a plein de façons de la cuisiner, et bien assaisonné c'est délicieux!
