This is for `Mirz123 's Hat contest! [link] This took me around two hours I think.

And if by chance a certain =Wi6791lly is reading this, I would let him know that his emote he requested will be finished soon. I'm having a hard time with the animation.

The Pikachu seen here is an edited version of my Pika La ( ). I tried to make Pikachu smaller to be more proportionate.
