Tails from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 locked onto Sonic and Knuckles when in HYPER MODE
(When you get all the chaos emeralds and hyper emeralds).Drawn with dip Ink pen and colored in photoshop.
The background is an altered screenshot from the actual game (Sonic 3).

ABHABABAB!!! THAT'S Super Tails, NOT Hyper Tails because Hyper Tails DOES NOT A THING!!!!!! *Huff Huff* I'm so sorry. o.o When you get the Chaos Emeralds and (Super Emeralds not Hyper Emeralds because Hyper Emeralds don't exist...) He'll turn Hyper rather than Super because in that game he can't go super with the normal Chaos Emeralds... (Hoping Im not the only one who has been pointing this out)

I'm confused, Why are you calling him Hyper tails? There is no Hyper tails in the game, Just Super Tails and this is him

I had to criticise this:
1) They are 'super emeralds' not 'hyper emeralds'
2) This is Tails' super form you are showing. Tails' hyper form is white furred and has a separate personality.

This is Hyper Tails - in Sonic 3 / Sonic and Knuckles you could do Hyper Tails like Super sonic, and he was shiny gold and had golden flicky birds, google it.

Actually, Tails is in his Super form...but if this is his Hyper form, wouldent he have to collect the Chaos Emeralds, Hyper Emeralds, and the Solace Emeralds?

Well to become Tails to go super anything he had to collect the Emeralds AND Super Emeralds in Sonic 3 locked onto sonic and Knuckles. For Sonic / Knuckles that was their HYPER forms, (they only went super collecting just the 8 emeralds).
Tails with just the 8 emeralds could not go super, he needed all the hyper emeralds too for his 'first stage' so for Tails it is technically 'Hyper Tails' as it is equivalent to Knux / Soinc in needed emeralds. But you are correct that in the game this is referred to as 'Super Tails'
