Hmmm...I, on the other hand, have always thought that it was her cuteness that MAKES Morrigan sexy. I think you captured that very well.
While Morrigan's cuteness isn't the sort of deceptive faux innocence that Lilith has, it's more of a tenderly vulnerable approachable cuteness that makes her so sensual.
