Description This is taken in a park right next to Chicago's Navy Pier. I'm willing to wager that this is a white collar worker that works in the depths of downtown Chicago, and often takes time to relax by biking around the water after work.

Either that, or the person commutes via bike, and is environmentally conscious.

Could be true. Though most of the people in this area would be riding for fun, because it's a dead end on the north end, and the only entrance is in the south end, so they'd ride in there with no where to commute to.
