Daniela does participate in the Halloween festivities, but she parties hard in her DΓa de Muertos garb, 'cause hell yeah and I wanted to draw something pretty for Daniela. And Day of the Dead, both the meaning of the day and the costumes, are beyond gorgeous.Also, I'm very sorry if this isn't 100% acurate to traditional Day of the Dead makeup or costume, I didn't do extensive research, but I tried to make it nice.
Anyway, I'm really proud of how this turned out! And I had alot of fun doing it. Especially her makeup. I tried to put alot of detail into this (namely the lace on her clothes),Β 'cause I didn't want it to be plain and I'm just... proud of myself for completeing this.

Yeah, I think I'll try to do a larger face piece with more detail, but I was having some fun with smaller cavases, and I had trouble with the detail on the makeup... It just didn't look right in the small space of her face.
