yes, you can use it as your wallpaper on your computer, but you CANNOT, under any cercumstances, redistribute it, sell it, or claim it as your own.

oh dont worry about that i just want something other than the regular windows xp wallpaper and when i saw this i was like omg!!! lol i dont really know how to distribute or sell my own work under any circumstances XP but i wouldnt do that to anyone, you know my page, you can always stop by ^^ and yeah i can tell you are having fun, love love love the pictures, awesome camera! awesome pictures! and good luck on the contest, and thanks a bunch

i think its the moon, i can see the crater shapes that are on the moon, though i may be wrong, if it IS the moon, then yeah, wow, if it isnt then still, wow lol

and dad's running the half marathon tomorrow, and
i will be there with my epic camera and my tripod taking
pictures at the finish line not sure if i will post them
on here though.. depends how good they are and if
he allows it...

I gotta buy a tripod sometime DX I went to Harvey Norman last week with my dad and they had them for $24, but my dad was all like "well I need a tripod too and they're cheaper online" and I was like FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF...
