Bout time, this whole entire contest entry (and the other) took me so long. There parts i had to change and change again and a few things went missing on my computer so that didn’t help at all, then between me being constantly kicked off the computer for usually no reason and some family dramas this quickly became a nightmare for me

Anyway it’s done now (although i had ran out of time to do shading which i’m really disappointed about), this is my character entry for =CrisisControl ’s contest. There was so much pressure in this contest, so many great entries and that meant you had to go all out if you were in any luck of getting a place. Oh well i hope you guys like her, not my first time making a porcupine character but it was still kinda all new to me and the H.F.C.E tech that is attached to her quills was the most annoying, awkward shaped thing to do grrrr.

Thank you so much to those people who encouraged and supported me through this and special thanks to ~Axe-Cell who helped with fixing her backstory that helped get a big load off my back. Now to go and do the next contest entry yay......

Strengths: Highly advanced in engineering and the H.F.C.E project, knows how to handle a weapon, she’s hard to anger and is quite quick on foot
Weaknesses: She is weak in hand to hand combat without her tech, she’s weak in really high or low temperatures (due to H.F.C.E tech) and can be pulled towards larger metal fragments or magnets (also due to H.F.C.E tech)
Personality: Outgoing, Strong willed, Determined, Persistant. She isn’t afraid to speak her mind and is known to hold a grudge. She doesn’t always follow orders is always looking for a challenge. She finds it hard to trust a lot of people
Weapons: Specialised riders board, Other H.F.C.E technology her father or herself created

Before you read the backstory you should probably know what H.F.C.E is and it’s origins

HFCE (Hyper Fusion Crystal Electro) tech:
Is basically technology that is powered by FCEP which comes from fusion crystals. It is very withstanding machinery but on the down side can be magnetized super easily. HFCE tech is also highly explosive when in contact with reasonable amounts of regular electricity. HFCE tech does not ever have to be recharged due to the fact that FCEP clones itself constantly. It is capable of many things such as detecting fusion crystals, using fusion electricity for attack and defence purposes and fusing objects or living organisms together.

Fusion Crystals:
Are energy crystals that are merged together creating fusion electricity. When they are fused together they can create crystallized plasma that can only be held in certain types of metals. Fusion crystals contain in them electro energy that can slowly attract them to metal objects. Fusion crystals can be highly explosive when in contact with regular electricity. These crystals aren’t useful unless they are in the form of FCEP, unless they are connected to HFCE tech in which they give it better control over the fusion electricity and increase its power; however this makes the tech slightly more magnetically vulnerable.

FCEP (Fusion Crystal Electro Plasma):
Is a type of energy source in plasma form which can keep cloning itself to fill a space. It has a huge amount of fusion electric energy stored in it and is easily attracted to metals. It is the only power source for HFCE tech and due to it being highly magnetic it stays in the machinery and doesn’t clone beyond boundaries of the tech. FCEP can be used to discharge large amounts of fusion electricity and locate fusion crystals. FCEP is extremely dangerous to touch and should never be touched without super strong protective gear(only certain metals such as the type used in HFCE can withstand FCEP). If it is touched then side effects that would occur are extreme burning pain around the area that it came into contact with, mutations, sickness around regular electricity or fatal occurances.

Fusion Electricity:
Is an energy source like electricity but also contains fusion energy capable of delivering massive or even explosive power. This energy is only stored in fusion crystals and FCEP. Fusion electricity can be used in many ways. With HFCE it is used to power it, but also for attack and defence purposes and to track and locate fusion crystals. It can deliver what is called a fusion attack where about 95% of the energy is used in one large blast of fusion energy that is capable of destroying or fusing any objects or organisms it hits, but, if this attack was to come into any reasonable quantity of normal electricity then the results could be explosions larger than nuclear bombings.

Backstory:

The moment she knew about her father’s death, Thunder – her codename the moment she signed up as a G.U.N. agent – decided to fulfil her father’s wish by inheriting his work. But her mother did not approve to this, as she knew of the dangers that were common in a G.U.N. Agent’s daily life. However, she too was unable to halt her daughter’s ambition. On the day that little Porcupine moved to the nearest G.U.N. Headquarters – not the Main Headquarters, for your information – she stood by the doorway and waved her a goodbye.

Although she has spent more time with her mother doing housework and chores than with her father, Thunder had learnt a lot from him regarding electronics. It was as if he knew that he will be killed someday, and passing his knowledge down onto their only daughter, to him, seemed like a necessary action to take. Each and every piece of technology used in the Hyper Fusion Crystal Electro project, her father’s work, had been explained to the young Porcupine whilst she helped him in his work. And now, those same pieces of technology are brought along just so that she can cherish the memories shared.

Armed with such knowledge amongst the G.U.N. agents, Thunder and her Chao Riri followed in her father’s footsteps by working on the H.F.C.E. project alone, and in his office. Everything in there was still in their place. Not a single Agent was able to gain access to the room, and neither does the General know what is inside. All he knew about the Porcupine Engineer was that he, among the few Engineers in this branch, worked on a project that could provide a bountiful supply of electricity to the whole of this building, though nobody seemed to be willing enough to give him the true report of his work.

But one particular agent captured her attention. He was the sole survivor of an ambush that had happened during an investigation at a site where an alleged UFO crash landed, and her father was one of the two Engineers who’d been put into this mission. According to him, a rogue ex-S.T.U. agent ambushed his team just as they were heading to their transport. They fell one by one to her gorilla-like moves, and he was trapped under his transport when he tried to call for back-up. By the time reinforcements have arrived, their attacker had already fled.

And the attacker was no other than Crisis the Tenrec.
