This was done in about three or so hours. Its a succubus as it appears in some of the Shin Megami Tensei games (or in the style of Kazuma Kaneko, the artist for some of the games)Though with the colours, she looks a bit like Cherri. Lol Cherri the Succubus....Somehow that doesn't work.

Yeah, I'm a lvl 44 gunner with Inexperienced Uriel lvl 42, a Zhen lvl 41, Power lvl 38, Succubus lvl 37(just got her) and a Inferno Pyro Jack lvl 19(You can get either a Blizzard Jack Frost or a Stormy Pixie or this guy and all of them start at lvl 1.)
