Description

We’ve been working fairly hard, both during convention and commission work, but I got to work on some stuff on the side for the comic and it’s slowly being put together.

Crane’s redesign was on my mind for years, some of my old followers most likely remember it’s previous draft. I tweaked some elements but most of it remained relatively the same~<3

This version grew in both maturity and complexity, hence the more complicated design which contrast his painfully simple younger self. Working on an official reference for him was a nice way to see how much I’ve progressed as an artist and how much this character grew over the years.

HIS NEW DESIGN

- Crane grew a fair amount, he’s now 7′2″ - The save stars concentrated around his chest, sparks of magic comes of the fur of his poncho. - The bag around his belt contains a journal that he use every single day. - He wears long gloves to avoid direct physical contact.
