And this is the end... I'm not gonna lie, I've been waiting for this moment for the past 5 years... and yet it is hard to digest the fact that I've finally completed the main story... This ending had been very hard for me to achieve... mostly because this comic has meant so much to me ever since I started it. This story despite how dark it can be at times was meant to carry a positive outlook on life. Paper Crane is a character that never give up on life despite the consequence of his very existence. He accept that there are things that he cannot change and prefer to appreciate the small positive moment he experience instead... this was his origin story, and at first was meant to be a love letter to my girlfriend at the time, unfortunately, we broke up and it made me feel conflicted as the ending was meant for her. I didn't wanted to alter it and pretend as if nothing happened since she made such a great impact in my life.

This comic never was supposed to last this long, but through all those years testing the water to become a comic artist, I learned a lot from my early mistakes and it helped me comprehend what I was doing and how to compose a story and make it flow the way I want it to.

Even though the story is over, I am not done quite yet with Paper Crane just yet. An epilogue has been in the making and will be patreon exclusive until it's completion. I'm planning on other projects which I'll tell you more about in the near future.

For now, all I can say is thank you guys for sticking with me for so long, this journey has been incredible, and I don't think it would have been possible without your help. Thank you, to the bottom of my heart.
