Description So this is my latest piece of art and I'm honestly so proud of it. I never thought I'd do the shading so well and the ears so great after switching programs (Paint tool sai to FireAlpaca) And I wish I had done it sooner. It also feels like I'm finally finding my own art style and I'm loving it. Constructive critiques are always welcome

Hi there! i've been checking out your work and i read that you're alright with some constructive critiques.

So i read that you aren't the best right now so i will say some good things first, your
shading is pretty good for now and i like that you aren't afraid to use thin lines for your line art plus it is incredibly clean for a beginner.
The background is also bold which is sometimes better than just leaving it blank, as well the character is centered perfectly.
The facial expression is also very nice, the eyes are much more detailed than most beginners, and the style for the nose and lips are just fine.

Now If you want some help, mainly you need help with anatomy. Due to the fact the arms aren't symmetrical, you've cut off the hands/forearms and the head is far too square and rigid.
> here are some links right here to help you get started (UNDERSTANDING ANATOMY: part I )

and i think you could use some more references when drawing things like the neko/cat ears since they seem to be placed more in the center of the head than the sides, and the shirt that atm looks
painted on here are some links for that as well

Colour is another thing you could use some help on, maybe look at a colour palette online to see what colours go
togetherthe ones you seem to use a lot are far too stark/bright on the eyes links for that

Hope this helps, i hope to see you improve i see a lot of potential ^^
