I think Moran would be the one to start anything, but once Moriarty stopped watching opera and joined in, he would be in charge. He is rather egotistical... I think he wouldnt like giving power to another person.

That being said, sexy men is sexy men, so if you find top!Moran, let me know...

I thought that maybe that's exactly what he wants somewhere deep inside of him ... (I know that he wouldn't ever feel like that though xD) he has to look after so many things, he's the boss of his own little empire (or maybe not that little ...) and then there's Moran who's that super strong and talented ex-soldier and maybe Moriarty wouldn't want to just use him because he really loves him and he sees all his loyality and support so he kinda let's Seb do what he wants because he trusts him (:
