okay so any way this is a memorial pic for japan after the Tsunami and Earthquake hit them last year on March 11th TT~TT i really shocked at it all. but lately i had this picture stuck in my head so i decided to do it ^^ not only to mess with photoshop a bit but to give it more emphasis!

The character is Japan from APH ((C) Hidekazu Himaruya and FUNimation) the Yukata design represents the Tsunami and the stars and sparkles represent our prayers to them ^^ May they recover real soon!
