Chuck is totally God. I mean, he knew EVERYTHING. About the Impala. About them. Little things that have nothing to do with the future.
It also fits with Cas's saying that God helped more than they knew. He directed them to the battlefield, he helps them stop Lilith and "find" the Michael's Sword. He's helped a great deal more than they give him credit for, if Chuck truly is God, which I really think he is.
