How do you save this icon and then Post Β it on your avatar,. And can it still move ?Β

you click on it as "Save as..." in your computer. Then you do to your profile page in deviantart, and of you put the cursor on your avatar (dont click on it yet), you'll find a little square with a pencil that says "change avatar...", click on it and a window called upload avatar will appear, you click on upload image and look for the icon in where you saved it in the computer, once it appears in the window, you click save and it's done.
Sometimes it doesn't work the first time, so you gotta try it again
And yes, it will still move.
